Advanced HACCP

This four day course is for Team Leaders, Trainers, Managers and Auditors needing to boost their knowledge of HACCP principles. The course covers the skills required for managing food safety management systems, communicating with others and influencing people to use the system correctly to protect the product. The course meets the requirements of the syllabus for the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH) Advanced Certificate in Applied HACCP Principles syllabus and delegates have the chance to take an examination to gain this nationally recognised qualification

What is National Doughnut Week?

For seven days every year, leading bakery ingredients and products supplier BakeMark offers craft bakers all over the UK the chance to increase sales, while raising money for charity.   Doughnut week this year  Saturday 10th May until Saturday 17th May.
